We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Intern to join our dynamic team at the Tokyo Consulting Firm - Philippine Branch' in Makati City Metro Manila. As an Administrative Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, contributing to the success of our consulting services.

What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support, including document management, filing, and data entry
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanour
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude Relevant administrative or customer service experience is preferred but not required
